I love being able to create unique, personal items for you.
If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a return (there are NO refunds). If a return is accepted you will receive a credit to use on a future purchase.
Product may be returned on a case-by-case basis at the customer’s expense.
Your return item must be in its original packaging, original condition and undamaged.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom made or sale items.

How to care for your product
Sterling Silver Care & Cleaning -
- Remove jewelry before using cleaning chemicals, showering, and exercising. Items such as lotions, fragrances, etc. contain chemicals that could harm your jewelry. Be sure to put your jewelry on after use of these items.
- Do not wear your jewelry to swim or shower.
Tarnish is a naturally occurring reaction of the metal alloy and common elements in the air and water that surround us. All sterling silver will need to be cleaned periodically.

Regular wear of sterling silver jewelry can help prevent tarnishing. When not wearing your jewelry it is best to store in a plastic bag or the anti-tarnishing bag that is included in your order to prevent from tarnishing. Keep in mind the anti-tarnish bags have a limited life shelf.

Remove heavy tarnish with warm water, mild soap and a clean, soft cotton or flannel cloth, a special sterling silver cleaning cloth or a very soft-bristle rus like a baby toothbrush.
- Very important - Do not use jewelry cleaner that contains chemicals for pieces that carry stones.
